When we received the invitation to participate in GTWT, it was simultaneously gratifying and exciting. For the second consecutive year, Georgia is hosting
Global Tech Weekend Tbilisi
, one of the largest technological forums in the region. The event hosts companies, founders, governments, investors, creative teams, startups and universities from more than 150 countries.
This event comes into our focus from both a corporate and a creative standpoint. Since Ambavi Creators is, first and foremost,
an immersive storytelling company
, we decided to use this platform to present a more creative project that would showcase every dimension of our work. After all, we are a creative team structured as a company and we utilize traditional forms of art alongside humanity’s cutting-edge technologies to engineer immersive narratives.
Thus emerged the idea for the
interactive installation
that we named
"Mindfully."
By combining technology, natural elements, sound and narrative within it, we created an environment where an individual engaged with complete mindfulness. We utilized narrative as well as touch, smell, sound and self-reflection. Through the installation, we broke down the boundaries between nature, traditional art forms and technology. By weaving these components of modern life into a unified concept, we created harmony.
This was a space partitioned by massive panels at the global technological forum, where we offered people a meditative experience rooted in absolute mindfulness. Visually and conceptually, the installation resembled a traditional fine arts exhibition. It began with the observation of a visual artwork. Next, the participant moved to the subsequent wall, where they encountered grass placed on a pedestal like a museum artifact; however, they were meant to touch it and observe their own sensations. At the next wall, they were to recount their impressions into a microphone, which altered the image of a flower displayed before them. The more detailed the description, the more the flower bloomed and the more the music playing through their headphones swelled. From there, they proceeded to the final wall, where the visuals interacted with the person's movements and transformed alongside them. The installation generated an experience akin to "mindfulness meditation" at a tech forum, showing us a path toward utilizing technology to establish a harmonious connection with nature and creativity. At the same time, it engaged the individual in an experience where all primary sensory and perceptive organs were activated, transforming the person from a passive observer into the main protagonist.
To our delight, the interactive installation "Mindfully" became one of the most memorable highlights at GTWT 2026. After experiencing it once, people returned to go through it again and brought others with them, which immensely energized our entire team. Through this installation, we expressed and delivered our core mission to the people:
to turn every story we tell into a unique and unforgettable experience.
